1. Acceptance of these Terms

This website and its related pages, tools and content (the “Site”) are operated by Owens Corning Composite Materials, LLC, which operates under the brand Original Composites & Fiberglass.

References to “we”, “us”, or “our” mean Original Composites & Fiberglass and its Affiliates. “Affiliates” means any entity that directly or indirectly controls, is controlled by, or is under common control with Original Composites & Fiberglass, where “control” means owning more than 50% of the voting equity of an entity, or having the power to direct its management and policies, whether by ownership, contract or otherwise.

Each Affiliate is an intended third-party beneficiary of these Terms and may enforce them.

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Site. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

If you use the Site on behalf of a company or other organization, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these Terms on its behalf, and “you” includes that organization.

2. Ownership, license and restrictions on use

All content on the Site, including text, images, video, graphics, technical documents, software, and the design and arrangement of the Site, is owned by Original Composites & Fiberglass or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to access and use the Site, and to download or print Site content, solely for your internal business purposes in evaluating or using Original Composites & Fiberglass products. You must keep all copyright and other notices intact. No other rights are granted.

You agree not to:

• Copy, modify, distribute, sell, publish or create derivative works from Site content, except as permitted above.
• Use robots, scrapers, crawlers or other automated means to access the Site or extract data from it, including product data, without our prior written consent.
• Use Site content to train, develop or improve artificial intelligence or machine-learning models.

We may suspend or restrict your access to the Site at any time if we believe you have breached these Terms.

3. Trademarks

Original Composites & Fiberglass, The Original Composites Company, the Original Composites & Fiberglass logo, and the product names and logos shown on the Site are trademarks of Original Composites & Fiberglass or its affiliates.

Other names and logos on the Site belong to their respective owners. Nothing on the Site grants you any license or right to use any trademark without our prior written permission.

4. Product and technical information

Technical information

Product descriptions, technical data sheets, application guides and other technical information on the Site are provided for general guidance. Values shown are typical results obtained under specific test conditions and are not product specifications unless Original Composites & Fiberglass agrees otherwise in writing.

Performance depends on how products are processed, combined and used, which is outside our control. You are responsible for determining whether a product is suitable for your application.

Safe use

Always consult the current Safe Use Instruction Sheet (SUIS) for a product before handling or using it.

Tools

Calculators and other tools on the Site, where available, produce estimates based on the information you enter. Results are not a guarantee of quantities or performance and should be verified before you rely on them.

Availability

Not all products shown on the Site are available in every country or region. We may change or discontinue products without notice.

Sales

Information on the Site is for general information only and is not an offer to sell. Purchases of Original Composites & Fiberglass products are governed by our Terms and Conditions of Sale available on this website, or by a written supply agreement.

Product warranties, if any, are provided only in those terms or agreements; nothing on the Site creates a product warranty.

5. Communications and submissions

If you send us ideas, suggestions or other feedback about our products or the Site, you agree that we may use it for any purpose without obligation or compensation to you.

Please do not send confidential or proprietary information through the Site’s contact forms.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Original Composites & Fiberglass and its affiliates, directors, employees and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data or business opportunity, arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Site, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, our total aggregate liability for all claims arising out of or relating to the Site or these Terms will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (USD $100).

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, gross negligence or willful misconduct.

This section does not limit any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, and does not change the allocation of liability for products set out in the applicable terms of sale or supply agreement.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Original Composites & Fiberglass and its affiliates from any claims, losses and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.

9. International use and export compliance

Original Composites & Fiberglass operates globally, and the Site may be accessed from many countries. We do not represent that all Site content or products are appropriate or available in every location.

You agree to comply with all applicable export control and economic sanctions laws, including those of the United States, the European Union and any other relevant jurisdiction, in connection with your use of the Site and any technical information obtained through it.

10. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Franklin County, Ohio, except where applicable law gives you the right to bring proceedings elsewhere.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page shows when they were last revised.

Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

12. General

• Entire agreement. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, are the entire agreement between you and Original Composites & Fiberglass regarding the Site.
• Severability. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect.
• No waiver. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of our right to do so later.
• Assignment. You may not transfer your rights under these Terms without our consent. We may assign them to an affiliate or successor.
